Nobull Airtable
Finsweet created Nobull Airtable in 2022, since then we gathered lots of user feedback, feature suggestions, opinions on pricing, and the future of the app. We took all that in and basically, rebuilt the entire app from ground-up & re-branded it as CMS Bridge.
Here is the list of (differences) upgrades:
Feature | Nobull Airtable | CMS Bridge |
---|---|---|
UI and UX | Basic | Improved |
Sync type | Syncs all data, every time → The higher rate limit usage (sometimes) led to unstable performance. | Syncs only approved data → Lower rate limit usage provides a reliable & stable performance. |
Mandatory Fields | Users must manually create it. | Users can auto-create & auto-link (most) mandatory fields. |
Setting Webflow’s CMS item state | Users need to use 2 fields to request 1 action, which (sometimes) caused confusion; no response to requests provided from Nobull Airtable. | Users can do it using only 1 field and get a response for every request from CMS Bridge. |
Error handling | No logs | Get record-specific error messages, including date/time |
Airtable Fields’ compatibility | Limited | CMS Bridge offers more Airtable Fields compatibilities. Check the docs. |
Airtable Synced Tables | ❌ | ✅ |
Finsweet Account | No, and because of that, it became highly inefficient to securely store & manage tokens, and anybody (who had access to the Airtable base) could access Nobull Airtable. | Yes and so, you can securely store tokens, track Sync usage, restrict access, and manage billing. |
Data verification | Performed using only Webflow’s CMS item ID | Performed using both Webflow’s CMS item ID and Airtable’s record-id |

⚠️ We will retire Nobull Airtable in Q4 of 2024.
