We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make canceling your membership as simple as possible. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  1. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership anytime by emailing plus@finsweet.com or contacting Victoria Perez via Slack.
  2. Refund: Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your membership period. This means you will only be charged for the time you were an active member. To receive a 100% refund you must email us in the first 3 days after you bought your membership.
  3. Refund Timeline: Please note that the refund may take around 8-10 business days to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.
  4. Exceptions: Lifetime and quarterly memberships are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to yearly subscriptions.
