Why we're hiring

Web application development (or as we like to call it—business application development), is our fastest growing service at Finsweet. We're building impressive, valuable, and scalable production applications for Finsweet clients. Successful deliveries and amount of leads are both increasing. We want you to help us scale.

Where you fit in our agency workflow

1. Finsweet Agency gets a new client project! It's a business application!
2. You, the Business Application Developer, will build the application for the client. You lead the development and technical project management. You'll have access to our intelligent team at Finsweet if you need help on the job.
3. The project launches, the client is incredibly happy and you just delivered a valuable project for a growing company. Handshakes and high-fives all around.

Traits we’re looking for

• Strong communicator. You can write and speak your ideas clearly.
• Organized. It's part of your job to organize your projects and work schedule.
• Active and self-sufficient. You find ways to bring value to the team, even if there are no required tasks.
• Overall nice person. You're respectful and a good fit for our culture.
  

Experience

• Intermediate to advanced level knowledge in any of the following applications:
• Wized, Xano, Airtable, Memberstack, Make, Supabase, Firebase, JavaScript
• Project experience. Please show a past project (personal or professional) in the Loom submission video. We want to see what you built and how you built it!

Location and time

• No country or location requirements. Finsweet is full-remote and encourages an international team.
