Most work at Finsweet is asynchronous. We believe everyone should be in control of their schedule, and async work helps us accomplish that.
Some people at Finsweet regularly start work after 10pm!
We have people working traditional work hours, night hours, or working in short bursts throughout the day.

The founder of Finsweet lost around 13.5 kg (30 lbs) after becoming a Father and switching to an all-natural unprocessed diet.
We’re actually friends
We come together for in-person gatherings called “Finsweek”. We met in Mexico, Barcelona, and soon Brazil!
