Finsweet is a leading Webflow agency delivering 100+ sites every year. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead client website projects from kickoff to launch. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in creative digital environments this could be YOU.
In this role you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of Webflow website projects for Finsweet clients, from kickoff calls to final handoffs and launches, using Notion to track timelines, tasks, and milestones.
- Lead day-to-day coordination between Finsweet designers and developers, assigning tasks, following up on deliverables, and ensuring team alignment.
- Communicate directly with clients on project progress.
- Gather feedback via Slack, calls, and other tools, and outline clear next steps for the development team.
- Clarify client expectations and ensure we stay within the timeline and scope on fixed projects by proactively identifying and solving issues and clarifying scope creep.
- Work closely with other project managers and contribute to improving project management processes and workflows.
Experience
- Experience managing digital projects (welcomed but not required)
- Strong communication in English
- Organization skills
- Confidence managing clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with Webflow, Figma, or digital tools (a plus)
- Proactive mindset and positive attitude
